Experiential learning course FAQ text
1. Do I get the full course all at once?

Yes. The Experiential Learning Bootcamp is all released at once so that you can go through it at your own pace!

2. Is this experiential learning course applicable to all grade levels?

Yes! The core principles of experiential learning pedagogy apply across all grade levels. The strategies you'll learn can be adapted for early elementary through high school, and even adult learners, because experiential learning is about how students learn, not what age they are. There is also an entire lesson dedicated to adapting experiential learning to all ages and skill levels.

3. I am a subject-based teacher who doesn't have a lot of flexibility. Is this experiential learning course right for me?

Absolutely. This course was designed with subject-based teachers in mind. You’ll learn how to weave experiential learning pedagogy into your existing curriculum, even if your schedule or standards are rigid. The course offers practical, flexible strategies that help you make learning more engaging and meaningful without needing to overhaul everything you do.

4. I'm fairly new to experiential learning. Is this course going to be too time- and energy-intensive to complete?

Not at all! This Bootcamp was intentionally designed to be fast, focused, and beginner-friendly. The lessons are bite-sized, straight to the point, and packed with practical strategies you can start using right away. You can complete the whole course in under two hours, and because you get lifetime access, you can go at your own pace and revisit anytime you need a refresher.

5. Will I have support throughout this experiential learning course?

I am reachable through email - [email protected]. Please reach out with questions about the course or student-centered learning any time! There is also a "Discussion" feature within the course. You can put your questions out there any time, and not only can I answer them, but other course members can as well.

6. Exactly how much time and effort will I need to put into the course?

The course takes less than two hours to complete from start to finish. It’s made up of short, focused video lessons with actionable steps that you can implement right away. You can move through it all in one sitting or spread it out over several days—whatever works best for you. You’ll also get a printable workbook to guide your reflection and planning, but how deeply you dive into that is totally up to you.

7. I only have an hour a day with each of my classes. Is experiential learning possible with this structure?

Yes, experiential learning is absolutely possible within a one-hour class period! This course will show you how to incorporate experiential learning pedagogy in small, manageable ways that fit your schedule. You don’t need full days or long blocks, just intentional planning and a shift in how students engage with the content. Even short activities can be meaningful, hands-on, and student-centered with the right approach.

8. Does this course align with standards or required curriculum?

Yes. Experiential learning isn’t about abandoning standards. It’s about how you teach them. The course helps you meet your required goals while making learning more engaging and relevant for students.

9. Can this work in a virtual or hybrid learning environment?

Yes! The course includes strategies that are flexible enough for in-person, online, or blended settings. The focus is on student-centered learning, which can happen anywhere.

10. Will I need to purchase a whole bunch of fancy supplies, materials, or additional resources to make this work?

Nope! One of the core principles of experiential learning is using what you already have: your curriculum, your students' interests, and the real world around you. You won’t need to buy fancy supplies or extra materials to make this work. The experiential learning course focuses on practical, flexible strategies that can be done with minimal resources, whether you’re in a traditional classroom, homeschool setting, or anywhere in between.

11. Is this course refundable?

Experiential Learning Bootcamp is non-refundable. Because all of the content is released at the time of purchase, all purchases are final. Scroll to the bottom of this page to read more about our policies and terms of use.
