Experiential Learning Coaching for Classroom and Home Educators
I imagine the reason you found yourself on this page, exploring experiential learning coaching options, is because you are inspired to put experiential learning into action but need a little guidance.
While you may not know exactly what your dream experiential learning classroom, school, program, or curricula will look like right now, you do know what you DON’T want it to look like:
You don’t have to. That is the beauty of experiential learning and being an experiential educator!
You desire support to transform, build, or develop an exciting, effective, and organized experiential learning program that you can confidently launch and maintain on your own or with your experiential team.
That is where Experiential Learning Depot comes in.
As an experiential learning consultant (and experiential educator myself), I would love to help you position yourself and your team to achieve your experiential school, program, or curriculum goals. How can I do that?
While you may not know exactly what your dream experiential learning classroom, school, program, or curricula will look like right now, you do know what you DON’T want it to look like:
- You’re not looking for a one-size-fits-all approach.
- You’re not looking to start an experiential school or program or revamp curriculum to just be more of the same.
- And you’re looking for a change, but are not looking to reinvent the wheel.

I offer two coaching structures:
- Zoom Calls: Book a live Zoom call for 30-60 minutes of intensive discussion and planning. You will end your session with clear and actionable steps to take moving forward. You can book both 1:1 or group coaching calls.
- Day of Voxer: I am available to you through the Voxer chat/walkie-talkie app from 9 AM - 5 PM (CST). You pick my brain about anything and everything experiential learning at your own pace. I am on stand-by for literally 8 hours. It's more open-ended than the Zoom option because there is more time to reflect and evolve based on the conversation. Action items can be discussed, acted upon, and revisited throughout the day. I am there to offer insight and feedback for a full day.
- Free Discovery Call: Not sure which of these options is right for you, if any? Schedule a free 15-minute Zoom call with me to chat and get to know each other.

Frequently Asked Questions:
What if we’re in different timezones?
For the Day of Voxer option, I will be available between 9 AM CST and 5 PM CST. Some time zones will only have access to me for a handful of hours. See below for some timezone conversions. If you are interested in arranging an alternative setup, please email me.
New York, NY (EST): 10 AM - 6 PM
Chicago, IL (CST): 9 AM - 5 PM
Denver, CO (MST): 8 AM - 4 PM
San Francisco, CA (PST): 7 AM - 3 PM
The following are examples of timezones with fewer hours to work with. Email if you have questions or requests.
London, United Kingdom (GMT): 3 PM - 11 PM
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: 7 PM - 5 AM (the following day)
Shanghai, China: 11 PM - 7 AM (the following day)
Sydney, Australia: 2 AM - 10 AM (the following day)
What if none of the dates available work for me?
Email me at [email protected] and we’ll figure something out.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 6 hours before your appointment start time.
How available do I need to be over a Day of Voxer?
During a Day of Voxer, we’ll be exchanging messages at a slow yet steady pace throughout the day. Some clients will not reply to one of my messages for an hour because they are immersed in an activity with their students, are making dinner for their kids, are walking their dogs, or are reflecting on our conversation. This window of time is yours and you can choose how you use it.
Do I have to be an experiential educator or have had experience with experiential education for a session to be effective?
Absolutely not, that is what I'm for! I am here to guide anyone and everyone through the journey. You might be wondering if a Zoom call would be more effective for those with less experience because we would be chatting face-to-face. Both structures are effective in their own way. If you're not sure which direction to go, schedule a discovery call with me to talk it out.
Does the session include relevant or necessary guiding, supporting, or teaching materials?
I will include any guiding or supporting materials that I feel are helpful to your success. Teaching materials, however, are not included in the coaching session.
How do I prepare you for our session?
Great question! When you schedule a session you will fill out an intake form that gives me some background and details about the intended goals and outcomes of the session. With that said, I highly recommend booking a free 15-minute discovery call before booking a paid coaching session so that we are sure to be on the same page.
I have one more question before I book.
Just send me a message to my email ([email protected]) and I’ll get back to you.
